Sinkiang: Black fungus industry flourishes in Wenquan County

For years, Wenquan County, Bortala Autonomous Prefecture of Sinkiang has been devoting to twirl mushroom industry, this year, the county intends to raise 13.8 million CNY on the infrastructure construction of local Black fungus garden which will be completely gotten through by the end of November.
According to know, 101 greenhouses could be absorbed in the garden, this year, field-cultivation of Black fungus in 40 greenhouses is being complemented. In view of economic benefits, each greenhouse could absorb 5000-6000 bags by the pattern, 59g of dried Black fungi could be produced from each Black fungus bag while 250-300kg could be harvested in each greenhouse. To calculate by 60 CNY per kg, the production value comes to 15,000-18,000 CNY, after removing 11,000-12,000 CNY of costs, mu profits could achieve 4000-6000 CNY, which is several times higher than corn and wheat cultivation in the same area.
