Ingredients:
60g fresh Shiitakes
30g beef slices
100g rice
15g minced onion
10g bruised ginger
Moderate salt
Steps:
1. Remove the bottom portion of Shiitakes, then cut them into dices. Wash rice and set aside.
2. In an electric cooker, drop in Shiitake dices, beef slices and rice, pour in sufficient water and cook on gentle heat till beef slices are soft and the gruel is done.
3. Combine with minced onion, bruised ginger and continue for 3 minutes or so.
4. Season with a pinch of salt. Enjoy.
