Ingredients:
A handful of Termitomyces, prepare other mushrooms if you like
Condiments: Oil, salt, garlic, onion
Cooking method:
1. Rinse Termitomyces, tear them into stripes and then keep them aside.
2. Peel and crush garlic, and then chop onion.
3. Heat the skillet and add moderate oil, then add Termitomyces and fry for 2 minutes or so.
4. Pour in moderate thermal water and cook for 5 minutes, then combine with crushed garlic.
5. Season to your liking and sprinkle with moderate chopped onion. Serve and enjoy.
