Main ingredients:
1 bowl of rice, 2 clumps of White fungi
Auxiliary materials:
6 rock candies
50g cranberries
Moderate water
Steps:
1. Wash rice, soak in water and then cook with 1200ml of water.
2. Wash White fungi, remove all impurities and then tear into small clumps.
3. When the porridge is done, drop in White fungus clumps and continue the heat for 40 minutes or so.
4. Let rock candies join, make them sit for another 10 minutes, finally add cranberries. Serve and enjoy.
