Ingredients:
A handful of green soy beans and Shiitakes (Stem removed and body sliced)
1 bowl of chicken dices
Moderate red pepper dices and bruised onion
Condiments: Salt, starch, black pepper powder, sugar
Steps:
1. Heat the skillet, dump with moderate oil, drop in chicken dices and fry till the color changes, then remove them out of the pot and set aside.
2. Heat the skillet, drop in bruised onion and fry till fragrant, then add Shiitake slices, green soy beans and fry on high flame.
3. Combine with chicken dices, red pepper dices and fry for 5 minutes or so, finally season with a pinch of salt and sugar.
