Ingredients:
200g Straw mushrooms
50g shepherd's purse
Minced ginger (Eliminate it if you don’ like)
Condiments: Salt, olive oil
Steps:
1. Rinse Straw mushrooms and then cut them into slices.
2. Rinse shepherd's purse and then cut into segments.
3. In a marmite, pour in enough water and bring into a boil, then sprinkle drops of olive oil, add Straw mushroom slices and cook for 2 minutes or so covering the lid.
4. Combine with shepherd's purse segments and go on for 5-10 minutes or so.
5. Season the soup with a dash of salt. Enjoy.
