Ingredients:
2 King oyster mushrooms
1 green pepper and carrot
A handful of Black fungi
Condiments: Salt, light soy sauce, minced garlic and ginger, bruised onion
Procedures:
1. Wash King oyster mushrooms, green pepper and carrot, then roughly dice. Soak Black fungi in advance and then break them into clumps.
2. In a skillet, dump with moderate oil, when hot, drop in bruised onion, minced ginger and fry till fragrant. Then drop in King oyster mushroom and carrot dices and fry till King oyster mushroom dices turn soft.
3. Sprinkle with a few drops of light soy sauce, season with a pinch of salt and fry well with all ingredients.
4. Combine with green pepper dices and Black fungus clumps, then pour in half bowl of water and fry till evaporated. Enjoy.
