Ingredients:
1 towel gourd
1 green pepper and red pepper
30g Black fungi, soaked in advance and stem removed
Condiments: Sugar, starch, salt, oyster sauce, crushed garlic (Just omit it if you do not like.)
Cooking steps:
1. Wash the gourd, peel and then dice.
2. Wash green and red pepper, corn, seed and then cut them into chunks.
3. In a skillet, dump with moderate oil and heat to 50% heat, then drop in crushed garlic and fry till fragrant.
4. Combine with gourd dices, red and green pepper chunks and Black fungi in sequence and fry on fierce flame.
5. Season with soy sauce, salt and sugar in accordance to your liking.
6. Sprinkle with the mixture of water and starch, stir well and finally turn off the heat. Enjoy.
