A tasty recipe to die for: Steamed cod with Shiitake slices

Ingredients:
240g cod slices
2 Shiitakes
20g green and red pepper slices
10g shredded onions
3 ginger slices
A bowl of soup stock
Condiments: Salt, pepper powder, soy sauce, water starch, sesame oil
Let’s do it: 
1. Rinse cod slices, drain off excessive moisture, then pickle with salt and pepper powder for 30 minutes.
2. Soak shredded onion, green and red pepper slices in water, remove the bottom portion of Shiitakes and then cut them into slices.
3. Top cod slices with ginger slices and Shiitake slices.
4. In a steamer with moderate water, firstly bring into a boil and then remove garnished cop slices into the steamer and let them sit for 6-8 minutes or so, then get rid of ginger slices and pour excessive steamed water into a bowl.
5. In a skillet, combine with 3 spoons of soup stock, steamed water, moderate soy sauce and bring into a boil. After that, thicken it with water starch and sesame oil.
6. Pour the mixture on top of cod slices, finally garnish with green and red pepper slices. Serve.
