Recipe: Braised White beech mushrooms with shrimp

Ingredients: White beech mushrooms, shrimps, red pepper, cucumber
Condiments: Minced onion and ginger, cooking wine, salt, sugar, light soy sauce
Cooking procedures: 
1. Cut the root of White beech mushrooms and then rinse them.
2. Wash red pepper, cucumber and cut them into slices.
3. Peel the shrimps, get rid of shrimp line, then pickle with moderate cooking wine and salt.
4. In a pot with moderate oil, when hot, drop in minced ginger, onion and fry till fragrant, then combine with White beech mushrooms and fry for 2 minutes or so, after that, drop in shrimp meats and stir till the color has changed.
5. Finally add red pepper and cucumber slices, adjust the seasoning with a tsp of light soy sauce, a pinch of salt and sugar. Serve.
