Ingredients:
50g soaked Black fungi
200g peas
200g diced chicken
A color pepper
15g garlic
Steps:
1. Bleach peas and then keep them side.
2. Pickle diced chicken with salt, light soy sauce and peanut oil, then set aside.
3. Remove the seeds of color pepper, cut it into stripes and then keep aside.
4. Heat the pot, dump with moderate oil, drop in garlic, color pepper stripes, diced chicken and fry on high flame.
5. Finally combine with peas, Black fungi and season with a pinch of salt. Serve.
