Abalone-rival recipe: fried King oyster mushroom with chopped Shiitake

Ingredients: 
2 King oyster mushrooms
4 Shiitakes
2 green onions
Moderate garlic cloves
Steps: 
1. Wash King oyster mushrooms and then cut them into thin and even slices (3cm in thickness).
2. Soak dried Shiitakes for 2 hours in advance and then chop.
3. Wash garlic and onions, then smash garlic and cut onion into small segments.
4. In a skillet, dump with moderate oil, when hot, place King oyster mushroom slices evenly into the pot, fry till the bottom side becomes golden-yellow, then reversely fry the other side and finally remove from the heat.
5. Reserve certain amount of oil in the skillet, drop in smashed garlic, chopped Shiitake and fry till fragrant.
6. Combine with fried King oyster mushrooms, season with moderate salt, soy sauce and then pour in half bowl of water and braise for 2 minutes.
7. Top with green onion segments. Serve and enjoy.
