Cultivation kernels on Auricularia fuscosuccinea

2017-07-14 08:41:06

Auricularia fuscosuccinea holds abundant nutrients including 7.3% crude protein, 2.7% crude fat, 6.56% polysaccharide content, 6.22% unsaturated fattyacid, 35.1% eatable dietary fiber.
Compared with Black fungus, Auricularia fuscosuccinea holds higher output and more nutritious value. In general, it could be cultivated in greenhouse and waste house, and be managed in accordance with the same kernels of Oyster mushroom and Auricularia polytricha.
1. Nutritional requirement: Sawdust and cottonseed hull could be taken as main materials, cultivators could moderately combine with bran, sugar, calcium carbonate and other auxiliary materials.
2. Temperature requirement: The suitable temperature range for growth of spawns is 15-20 degrees Celsius and the superior status is 25 degree Celsius or so. The suitable temperature range for sporocarps is 18-32 degrees Celsius and the superior range is 20-25 degrees Celsius.
3. Humidity requirement: The suitable water content range on substrate is 60%-70%. During the growth period of sporocarps, 80%-90% is the preferred relative air humidity.
4. PH Value requirement: The optimal PH Value Range is 4.5-7.5. In actual operation, cultivators don’t have to adjust it and need to maintain natural PH Value of substrate.
5. Light requirement: Illumination is not wanted during the growth period of spawns while it is needed during the growth period of sporocarps.
6. Ventilation requirement: During the cultivation period of spawns, cultivators could moderately increase fresh air so as to promote the growth of spawns. During the growth period of sporocarps, excessive concentration of Carbon Dioxide inhibits the differentiation of mushroom and affects the growth speed of sporocarps, hence ventilation should be strictly enhanced.
