Ingredients:
100g soaked White fungi
50g peanuts
A cucumber
Condiments: Salt, oil, chopped onion, sugar, aginomoto, pepper powder, sesame oil
Steps:
1. Tear White fungi into small clumps.
2. Peel the cucumber, wash and then cut into stripes.
3. In a pot with moderate oil, when hot, drop in peanuts and fry till fragrant.
4. In a serving dish, combine with peanuts, White fungus clumps and cucumber stripes. Season with a dash of salt, sugar, aginomoto and pepper powder, sprinkle with drops of sesame oil. Stir well with chopsticks. Serve.
