Not-too-heavy recipe: Enoki mushroom soup with gourd

Ingredients: 2 gourds, a handful of Enoki mushrooms
Condiments: Salt, aginomoto, sesame oil
Steps: 
1. Wash Enoki mushrooms and then break into clumps.
2. Wash gourds and then cut them into the shape you like.
3. In a pot with moderate water, bring into a boil, then drop in gourds, Enoki mushroom clumps, sprinkle with a few drops of sesame oil and bring into a boil again.
4. Before serving, season with a pinch of salt.
