Ingredients:
A sausage stick
A handful of Hypsizygus marmoreus and garlic sprouts
6g chopped green onions
Condiments: Soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, peanut oil
Cooking method:
1. Cut the sausage into thick slices, wash garlic sprouts and then cut into segments.
2. Remove the root of Hypsizygus marmoreus, bleach, then ladle out and keep aside.
3. In a pot, dump with moderate peanut oil, when hot, drop in chopped green onion and fry till fragrant.
4. drop in sausage slices, garlic sprouts and fry on high flame.
5. Combine with Hypsizygus marmoreus, season with moderate soy sauce, cooking wine and sugar. Serve.
