A mushroom recipe to die for: Bamboo fungus soup with Matsutake and Shiitake

Ingredients:
2 Matsutake
3 Bamboo fungi
2 Shiitakes, stems removed
Condiments: Olive oil, salt
Steps: 
1. Soak the three mushroom varieties in water for 10 minutes, then respectively cut into slices, bleach and drain off excessive moisture.
2. In an electric cooker, drop in Matsutake slices, Shiitake slices, pour in enough water and make it for 2 hours or so.
3. Combine with Bamboo fungi and go on for 10 minutes or so.
4. Lightly season with a dash of salt, sprinkle with a few olive oil if you like. Enjoy.
