Ingredients:
A handful of chestnuts
3 Shiitakes
Red pepper
Condiments: Salt, soy sauce
Procedures:
1. Peel chestnuts and then steam for 8-10 minutes.
2. Remove the bottom portion of Shiitakes, cut them into chunks or remain the whole body. Go seed of red pepper, wash and then dice.
3. In a pot, add moderate oil, when hot, drop in Shiitake dices and steamed chestnuts, fry evenly on high flame.
4. Combine with 2 spoons of water, adjust the seasoning with a pinch of salt and sprinkle with a spoon of soy sauce, braising for 10 minutes on gentle flame.
5. Let red pepper dices join in and go on for 3 minutes or so. Enjoy.
