Ingredients: Hypsizygus marmoreus, Cordyceps flower, chicken, carrot
Condiments: Aginomoto, salt
Steps:
1. Gut the chicken, rinse and then keep it aside.
2. Wash the carrot, peel and then cut into dices.
3. In a stew pot, dump with moderate water, then drop in the chicken and bring into a boil.
4. Stew for 1 hour or so, combine with carrot dices, Cordyceps flower and go on for another 30 minutes.
5. Season with a pinch of salt. Enjoy.
