Recipe for fitness: Fried Shiitake with celery

Ingredients: 
A stick of celery
A handful of dried Shiitakes
Green and red pepper clumps
Condiments: Salt, starch, soy sauce, vinegar, chicken powder, oil
Steps:
1. Wash the celery, cut it into segments, pickle with moderate salt for 10 minutes, then rinse and keep aside.
2. Soak dried Shiitakes in warm water ahead of time till soft, then cut into slices.
3. In a bowl, combine with moderate vinegar, chicken powder, starch, 50ml of water and mix well, then keep the mixture aside for later use.
4. In a pot, dump with moderate oil, when hot, drop in celery segments and fry for 2-3 minutes, then let Shiitake slices, green and red pepper clumps join in and sprinkle with drops of soy sauce, pour in the prepared mixture and stir-fry on high flame.
4. Remove the dish out of the pot, serve and enjoy while it is hot.
