Cholesterol-lowering recipe: fried Button mushroom and Shiitake with bitter gourd

Ingredients: 
A bitter gourd
100g Shiitakes
100g Enoki mushrooms
Condiments: Sesame oil, sugar, soy sauce, minced ginger
Cooking steps: 
1. Remove the bottom portion of Shiitakes, wash and then cut into slices. Trim Enoki mushrooms, wash and then break into clumps.
2. Wash the bitter gourd and then roughly cut into slices.
3. In a pot, dump with moderate oil, drop in minced ginger and fry till fragrant, then add bitter gourd slices, Shiitake slices, Enoki mushroom clumps and fry till bitter gourd slices turn soft.
4. Season with moderate soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil according to your liking. Serve.
