Ingredients:
3 Tomatoes
10 Straw mushrooms
Onion
Condiments: oil, cooking wine, soy sauce, aginomoto, salt
Steps:
1. Cut the roots of Straw mushrooms and then cut in half.
2. In a pot of boiling water, quickly bleach tomatoes and remove out, then peel and cut into dices.
3. In a pot, dump with a spoon of oil, drop in Straw mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes or so, then combine with tomato dices.
4. Season with moderate cooking wine, soy sauce, aginomoto and salt, maintain for 2 minutes or so and then turn off the heat. Serve and enjoy.
