Recipe: White fungus broth with green beans

Ingredients: 
20g White fungi
60g green beans
A handful of rock candies
1500-2000ml of water
Steps:
1. Wash White fungi, green beans and then soak for 20 minutes or so.
2. Remove the root of White fungi, tear into clumps and then keep aside.
3. In an electric cooker, drop in White fungus clumps, green beans and pour in 1500-2000ml of water, bring into a boil, then lower to gentle heat and cook for 30 minutes, stir occasionally during the course and add water when needed.
4. Finally combine with moderate rock candies. Serve and enjoy.
