Ingredients:
A handful of Shiitakes
A Chunk of tofu
A Crucian
Condiments: ginger slices, garlic slices, salt, oil, water
Cooking method:
1. Gut and deal with the crucian in accordance with conventional method, and then pickle with ginger slices.
2. Heat the pot, pour in moderate oil, then fry the crucian till both sides are yellowish.
3. Pour moderate cold water into the pot, drop in ginger slices, garlic dices and then bring into a boil. When the soup turns white, drop in Shiitake or Shiitake slices and allow to stew for 20 minutes on low flame.
4. Finally combine with tofu chunks,stew for another 10 minutes and season with a dash of salt. Enjoy.
