Zhongshan County develops over 5000 mu of Black fungus land

For recent days, in Black fungus base of Datian Village, Zhongshan County, Guangxi Province, Mr. Yang, local poor masses are busy with bottling, sterilization, inoculation and cultivation. According to know, nearly 50,000 CNY of net profits has been obtained in 4 mu of Black fungus land.
In order to propel poor masses to generate incomes, Zhongshan County adopts the mode of “Company+Cooperative+Base+Poor household”, actively introduces and guides powerful enterprises to raise funds for the construction of mushroom bases. So far, the production factory of Black fungus stick covering 1500 square meters and cultivation greenhouse covering 12,000 square meters have been established, the annual output on Black fungus stick and fresh products respectively totals 1.5 million stick and over 100 tons.
This year, the county intends to develop above 5000 mu of Black fungus land and the estimated gross production value is exceeding 220 million CNY. Besides, by working in mushroom bases, more than 2800 poor households are expected to generate above 87 million CNY of revenues, meanwhile, the county also vigorously propels vegetable, Chinese herbal medicine, Citrus gonggan, water-chestnut and other characteristic industry, which has covered 9106 poor households and the coverage scale comes to 67.2%.
