The city propels overall poverty removal through Shiitake industry

Recently, the villagers in Shiitake base of Beitaizi Village, Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province are busy building mushroom greenhouses that cover 86 mu and stabbing holes on hundreds of thousands of mushroom sticks.
It is understood that Beitaizi Village is Assistance Venue of Provincial Department of Science and Technology. In 3 years time, 7 million CNY has been successively raised to build Shiitake cooperative and mushroom base covering 20,000 square meters. Besides, the base incorporates stick production workshop, modern production line, demonstrative greenhouses and refrigeration house. Since last year, though the construction between Shiitake industry and beautiful village, the work of local poverty alleviation has been strengthened to a great extent.
