Ingredients:
A stick of Chinese yams
A handful of Black fungi
20 medlars
Minced onion
Condiments: olive oil, salt, cooking wine
Steps:
1. Trim Black fungi and soak in water ahead of time, soak medlars in cooking wine for 10 minutes or so. (When you wash Black fungus, combine with half bowl of flour into water and scrub, which shows evident washing effect.)
2. Peel the yam, roughly dice and then soak in water.
3. In a pot, dump with moderate oil, when hot, drop in yam dices and fry for 5 minutes or so.
4. Combine with Black fungi and medlars, sprinkle with a spoon of cooking wine.
5. Season with a dash of salt. Serve and enjoy.
