Fried White beech mushroom with sausage and winter bamboo shoot

Ingredients: 
A handful of White beech mushrooms
A stick of sausage
A winter bamboo shoot
Minced onion
Procedures: 
1. Peel the winter bamboo shoot, cut it into slices, then bleach and set aside.
2. Rinse White beech mushrooms, bleach and then set aside as well.
3. Steam the sausage for 10 minutes or so, then cut into slices.
4. In a pot, add moderate oil, then drop in winter bamboo slices and fry on high flame.
5. Combine with White beech mushrooms, sausage slices and fry for 5 minutes or so.
6. Adjust the seasoning with a dash of salt. Before serving, sprinkle moderate minced onion on top, if you like.
