Ingredients: egg, sausage, Shiitake, dried sea shrimps
Condiments: soup stock, salt, cooking wine, sesame oil, water
Cooking method:
1. Wash Shiitake, then smear with a layer of salt, cut sausage into small dices, soak dried sea shrimps and then set them aside.
2. Break the egg into a bowl, combine with moderate soup stock, cooking wine, a pinch of salt and then mix well.
3. In a steamer, place the bowl in the middle, cover it and then steam on moderate heat till the liquid basically becomes caky, then combine with Shiitake in the center and go on steaming till well-done.
4. Remove the bowl out of steamer, sprinkle with a few drops of sesame oil. Serve and enjoy.
