The cultivation technique of Monkey head mushroom

1. Cultivation season: From September to next May is the superior season.
2. The disposal of cultivation house: Cultivation house should be build facing south, tight in structure and ventilated, besides, it should be close to water source, hold good performance on temperature and moisture preservation. If condition permits, cultivators could install the equipment on aspects of temperature, humidity adjustment and ventilation so that you lay foundation for high, superior and stable output. Most important of all, you have to strictly disinfect and sterilize on cultivation house.
3. The preparation of compost: 
Formula A: 78% broad-leaf tree sawdust, 20% rice bran or wheat bran, 1% cane sugar, 1% gypsum powder, moderate water.
Formula B: 78% cotton seed hull, 20% rice bran or wheat bran, 1% cane sugar, 1% gypsum powder, moderate water.
Formula C: 78% cracked bagasse, 20% rice bran or wheat bran, 1% soybean flour, 1% gypsum powder, moderate water.
You could firstly combine with all the ingredients, then let water join in and adjust the PH Value of compost to a range of 5.5-6 and adjust the water content to 65%-70%, finally conduct the bottling.
4. Inoculation: After the sterilization, remove bottles into aseptic room when the material temperature has been cooled down to 28 degrees, after the airtight disinfection, inoculate one spoon of strain in accordance with aseptic technique, plug the tampon.
5. Cultivation management: 
1. Spawn cultivation: After the inoculation, immediately remove bottles into the room of 25-28 degrees, firstly adjust temperature, and then retain dry and ventilated environment. When you find bottles contaminated by sundry fungi, you could immediately get rid of them. And when spawns become fully-grown in the bottle, you should immediately remove them into cultivation room.
2. Lower the temperature and hasten buds: Vertically put bottles on cultivation shelves, control the temperature to 15-20 degrees so as to induce the formation of mushroom buds.
3. The management during the sporocarp phase: When you find that sporocarps begin to form, timely pull off tampon and place bottles on shelves, then control the temperature to below 22 degrees and keep relative air humidity to 85%-95%, meantime, be sure to strengthen the ventilation of mushroom house. When sporocarps present coralline, it manifests poor ventilation that is resulted from excessive accumulation of carbon dioxide, hence you should timely ventilate or the quality and output of mushroom would be declined. And finally, mushroom picking could be arranged in 12-15 days or so.
