Is it proper to supplement nutrient solution during fruiting period?

Abundant nutrients are needed during the growth period of mushroom spawns and mushroom bodies. During the fruiting course, the nutrients from spawns transform to sporocarps. The large the fruiting amount is, the great the nutritional loss on spawn is. After the first flush of mushroom, the nutrients in compost such as Carbon and Nitrogen evidently become declined, hence cultivators could moderately supplement nutrient solution so as to guarantee the output and quick flush-turning of the next flush of mushroom. However, when supplementing nutrient solution, you have to note the following kernels:
1.Handle in accordance with different situations: When supplementing nutrient water, temperature should be under 20 degrees, the varieties such as Oyster mushroom and Pleurotus geesteranus, in case of superior growth trend on spawns and pollution free, you could consider supplementing nutrients, meanwhile, water supplementation could be done alone with water supplementation.
2.Proper selection and concentration on nutrient solution: In mushroom cultivation, you could choose quick-acting fertilizers such as Mono potassium phosphate, Magnesium sulfate and Glucose, the advisable concentration is 0.5% or so while the dosage in each square meter shows about 0.5kg. For bag-cultivation mode of Oyster mushroom, Black fungus and Pleurotus geesteranus, you could dissolve 0.2% Monopotassium phosphate, 0.5% Glucose, 0.2% Magnesium sulfate and 0.2% Zinc sulfate into water and then inject into mushroom bags, which works as water supplementation, fertilizer supplementation and further lifts the output and quality of final crops.
3. Prevent contamination: Due to nutrient solutions, the nutrient contents in fungus sack or bed have been raised, which makes for robust growth trend of mushroom spawn while adversely boosting the growth of harmful sundry fungi, hence cultivators should closely and timely observe and control.
