Ingredients:
A white turnip
5g Bamboo fungi
A handful of medlars
Steps:
1. Soak Bamboo fungus in warm water, then drain off excessive moisture, roughly cut into segments and keep them aside.
2. Peel the turnip and then finely dice.
3. In a pot with moderate water, drop in two main ingredients and stew for 20 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with a dash of salt and medlars.
