Braised Straw mushroom in oyster sauce

Ingredients: 
250g Straw mushrooms
A red pepper and green pepper
4 ginger slices, 1 garlic clove
Condiments: salt, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce
Cooking steps:
1. Wash Straw mushrooms, red pepper and green pepper, then roughly cut into triangles.
2. Heat the pot, dump with moderate water and then bring into a boil, bleach Straw mushroom triangles and then keep aside.
3. Heat the pot, add moderate oil, then drop in ginger slices, garlic clove and fry till fragrant.
4. Combine with Straw mushroom triangles and fry for 1 minute.
5. Let red and green pepper triangles join in, season with a pinch of salt and sugar.
6. Finally sprinkle with a handful of chicken powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce and fry evenly with all ingredients. Serve and enjoy.
