Recipe: White fungus broth with Cordyceps militaris

Ingredients:
1 clump of White fungi
1 small handful of Cordyceps militaris
10 red dates
Rock candies
Procedures: 
1. Soak White fungi for 2-3 hours ahead of time, remove the root and then tear into clumps.
2. Wash Cordyceps militaris and then keep aside.
3. In a stew pot, drop in White fungus clumps, Cordyceps militaris, moderate water and stew for two and a half hours.
4. Combine with red dates and go on for 40 minutes or so, drop in rock candies and remain for 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
