Ingredients: A handful of White beech mushrooms, a hot green pepper
Condiments: oil, oyster sauce, salt
Cooking method:
1. Remove the root of White beech mushroom, bleach and then set aside.
2. In a pot, dump with moderate oil, when hot, drop in hot green pepper and fry on high flame.
3. Combine with White beech mushroom, season with a dash of salt and oyster sauce. Serve.
