The mushroom innovation park attracts farmers to obtain jobs

With the hope of assisting more farmers to start business in their hometown, Conglin Town, Chongqing City relied on its advantageous industry, raised the funds of 5 million CNY and built mushroom innovation park in accordance with standardized production model.
According to relevant principals, the park covers an area of 20,000 square meters, holds 14 multi-span greenhouses and the steel structure area of 7500 square meters, and mushroom varieties include Shiitake, Oyster mushroom, Drumstick mushroom and others.
“The purpose of building mushroom innovation park is to provide venues for farmers who return to hometown and start business, meanwhile, the garden is open to tourists and provides a enjoyable experience for them to pick mushrooms with hands,” said the principal passionately, adding that the estimated annual mushroom production of the garden could reach above 2 million bags while the production value obtains 20 million CNY.
