Ingredients: Shiitakes, a cabbage, ginger slices, onion segments
Procedures:
1. Wash Shiitakes, remove the bottom portion and then cut into slices.
2. Wash the cabbage and then roughly slice.
3. Heat the pot, dump with moderate oil, drop in Shiitake slices, cabbage slices, onion segments, ginger slices and fry for 2-3 minutes on high flame.
4. Combine with moderate boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes.
5. Adjust the seasoning with a pinch of salt. Serve and enjoy.
