1. Bag stack-up: Stack inoculated mushroom bags in cultivation room that is clean, dark and sterilized. In case of spawn-running in high temperature, cultivators could place bags in term of “#”. In low temperature, you could place them in terms of overlap but be sure not to stack too high so as to avoid heavy weight which affects the growth of spawns.
2. Cultivation management: In first 2-3 days, you could set the temperature of greenhouse in a range of 23-25 degrees, after the third day, gradually decrease it to 18-20 degrees. In principle, 7 days after the inoculation, the temperature between 2 layers of bags should be controlled in under 26 degrees and 10 days after the inoculation, material temperature gradually reduces and you could raise the temperature to 23-25 degrees. What’s more, during the spawn-running period, you should maintain fresh air of cultivation room, which fits for robust growth of spawns. And you should also strengthen the ventilation during the rise period of material temperature.
Temperature usually remains in high level in summer, you could enhance the ventilation in the morning and night and keep each time for 15 minutes. In winter, do the ventilation at noon and control indoor relative air humidity in 65% or so. During the spawn-running period, be sure to timely pile up and check the growth condition of spawns in bags. When you find sundry fungus contamination, timely dispose it. And when piling up, note to adjust the position of bag, which makes for letting spawns in bags evenly touch with air and promoting even growth.
