Ingredients:
50g Shiitakes
50g winter bamboo shoots
Condiments:
2g salt
10g sugar
15g starch
15g oil
Steps:
1. Wash Shiitakes, remove the root and then roughly dice (Remain whole Shiitake body if you like).
2. Cut winter bamboo shoots into slices.
3. In a pot, dump with moderate oil, then drop in Shiitake dices, bamboo shoot slices and fry on high flame.
4. Adjust the seasoning with a pinch of salt, sugar, and the mixture of water and starch. Finally remove the dish out of the pot. Enjoy.
