Scrambled egg with Seafood mushroom

Ingredients: 
100g Seafood mushrooms
3 eggs
Condiments: Salt, light soy sauce, chive, corn starch
Procedures: 
1. Wash Seafood mushrooms, soak in light saline water for a moment, then ladle out and keep aside. Finally bleach till soft.
2. Cut chive into segments, mix a spoon of corn starch into a bowl.
3. Break 3 eggs into the bowl and mix well with a dash of salt.
4. Heat the pot and dump with moderate oil, pour in egg liquid, when caky, break it into chunks, then remove out of the pot and set aside.
5. Drizzle with a spoon of oil again in the pot, drop in chive segments, Seafood mushrooms and fry for 3 minutes, then combine with scrambled egg chunks and saute for another 1 minute or so. 
6. Adjust the seasoning with a pinch of salt and light soy sauce. Serve and enjoy.
