Seaweed soup with Button mushroom and fresh oyster

Ingredients: 
2 Button mushrooms
300g oysters
30g seaweeds
3 ginger slices
Pepper oil (omit it if you don’t like)
Steps: 
1. Soak oysters and seaweeds, then keep side for later use.
2. Wash Button mushrooms and then cut into slices.
3. In a pot with 1600ml of boiling water, firstly drop in Button mushroom slices, ginger slices and then bring to a boil. After that, lower to slow fire and keep for 15 minutes or so.
4. Combine with oysters, seaweeds and bring the soup into a boil again. Finally season with a pinch of salt and pepper oil before serving.
