The technical cultivation analysis on Seafood mushroom

2017-05-31 17:00:40

Seafood mushroom holds tender crisp, delicious and “Sea crab” flavor. And it carries high edible and medicinal value, the followings are its series cultivation technology.
The preparation of compost: The permeability of compost is very important and will determine the growth speed and robust degree of spawn. Here indicates a few formulas for your reference.
1. Broad leaf: Coniferous sawdust 79%, bran 18%, sugar 1%, lime 1%, land plaster 1%, water content 65%. (applicable for main producing areas of saw dust)
2. Cotton hull 98%, land plaster 1%, lime 1%, water content 65%. (applicable for main producing areas of cotton hull)
3. Corncob 80%, bran 12%, corn powder 5%, land plaster 1.5%, lime 1.5%, water content 65%. (applicable for main producing areas of cob)
Bagging and sterilization: Choose low-pressure polyethylene angle bag with a fold diameter of 17cm and 30-33cm in length. 500g of dried materials could be installed in each bag, and you could pay attention to the degree of tightness when bagging. What’s more, be sure not to take action too fast when punching and making sounding marks in rebar. After the bagging, immediately adopt the sterilization under atmospheric pressure (100 degrees for 14-16 hours).
Cooling and inoculation: When the temperature drops to 60 degrees, you could remove sterilized fungus bags into cooling room, cool down to below 30 degrees and then conduct the inoculation. Most importantly, all procedures should be in accordance with aseptic techniques.
Spawn cultivation: After the inoculation, move bags on disinfected cultivation shelves, control the temperature in 20-25 degrees, control relative air humidity in 60-65 degrees, give ventilation for 3 or 4 time per day and each time should be sustained for at least 30 minutes.
After-mature cultivation: After spawns become fully-grown, they should be cultivated in under 20-25 degrees for 50 days, they naturally fruit when reaching physiological maturity and storing enough nutrients.
Scratching and water injection: When greeting fruiting season, firstly take cultivation bags out, lay them on the ground or in bedstead and unfasten the bag mouth. You could also lightly remove old strains on surface of compost so as to stimulate the formation of sporocarps. The scratching degree directly affects the formation and yield of sporocarps, after that procedure, successively inject water into bags, after 2 hours, pour remaining water out and prepare for bud-pressing.
Bud pressing: To begin with, orderly place fungus sacks, then cover non-woven fabric or newspaper in bag mouth and spray water to retain moisture. You could keep the temperature of mushroom house in a range of 10-16 degrees, keep relative air humidity in 90-95 degrees and keep concentrations of carbon dioxide in under 0.1%-0.2%. After 7 days of low light irradiation, a layer of aerial mycelium will grow on bag surface and then a layer of mycoderm forms, under that circumstance, be sure to regulate and control day and night temperature in 8 degrees. Within several days, mycoderm changes from white to gray and primordia are forming soon, under that condition, you could gradually enhance the humidity and strengthen the illumination in about 50-100 LUX.
