Recipe: braised scallops with Black fungus and cucumber

Ingredients: 
1000g scallops
2 cucumbers
1 small handful of Black fungi
Condiments: 
A handful of salt and bruised ginger
3 garlic cloves
2 dried peppers
A spoon of cooking wine
Moderate water starch and oil
Cooking steps:
1. Soak Black fungi, then wash and tear them into clumps, finally bleach.
2. Wash scallops and then take the muscles inside.
3. Cut cucumbers into slices, cut dried pepper into segments.
4. Heat the pot, drop in bruised ginger, dried pepper segments, cucumber slices and fry for 2 minutes.
5. Combine with Black fungus clumps and scallop muscles, frying on high heat.
6. Sprinkle with moderate cooking wine, light soy sauce and a dash of salt.
