The mushroom industry in the county is full of vitality

In recent years, the mushroom industry in Guizhou Province has been rapidly booming, among all the counties, Daozhen County lays emphasis on the acceleration of agricultural industry structure adjustment, orients mushroom as one of the pillar industries that promote rural economy and drive targeted poverty alleviation.
In 2016, Daozhen County cultivated 8 million of mushroom sticks, the output totaled 6000 tons while the output value came to 22 million CNY. Besides, through mushroom industry, several local poor villages were leaded to get rid of poverty in succession, evidently, mushroom industry facilitates generating incomes for farmers, realizing the growth of agricultural efficiency and changing the face of rural economy.
By the end of 2017, Daozhen County plans to set 65 mushroom demonstrative villages, thrive at least 5000 people, build 15,732 Shiitake greenhouses and strive for the mushroom production value of nearly 200 million CNY.
