Ingredients: 
50g dried White fungi
An egg
Sugar
A few medlar
Steps: 
1. Soak dried White fungi in warm water for 20 minutes, then remove the impurities, stems and sediments.
2. In a pot with sufficient water, drop in White fungi and stew till well-done, then whip an egg into the pot and scatter a handful of sugar and a few medlar. Enjoy.
