Ingredients:
1000g rice
200g peas
150 Flower mushrooms
150g sausage slices
Condiments: Oil, salt, ginger juice, olive oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, water starch
Cooking methods:
1. Wash rice, soak Flower mushrooms and then finely slice.
2. In a pot, dump with moderate oil, drop in chopped onion and fry till fragrant, then season with ginger juice, salt and soy sauce.
3. Combine with Flower mushroom slices and sausage slices.
4. Remove all the ingredients into an electric cooker and go on for 10 minutes or so.
