Recipe: Cold Enoki mushrooms

Ingredients: 
200g Enoki mushrooms
50g lettuce
1 green pepper
Condiments: salt, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper oil
Cooking method: 
1. Cut the root of Enoki mushrooms, break into clumps and then bleach in boiling water.
2. Peel the lettuce, thinly cut it into slices and then pickle for 5 minutes with moderate salt.
3. Wash the green pepper, go seed and then cut into stripes.
4. In a plate, combine with Enoki mushroom clumps, lettuce slices and green pepper stripes, sprinkle with moderate soy sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper powder. Serve and enjoy.
