Recipe: fried Pholiota nameko with potato chips

Ingredients: Pholiota nameko, potato, green and red pepper, onion, salt, garlic
Cooking method: 
1. Pare the potato, cut it into slices and then soak them in water.
2. Wash Pholiota nameko and then set aside.
3. Wash green and red pepper, cut them into small circles, then cut garlic into slices.
4. Heat the pot and add moderate oil, drop in parts of garlic slices and fry till fragrant, then combine with potato slices, Pholiota nameko and fry well, finally sprinkle with a dash of salt.
5. When potato slices are well-done, drop in garlic slices, green, red pepper and fry well with all ingredients. Serve and enjoy.
