The hinge of sterilization should be strictly handled on Enoki mushroom production

Mushroom farmers maybe feel surprised or not surprised that sterilization is one of the key moves on Enoki mushroom production. After you install sacks, put them into sterilization pot, hike the temperature of material to 100 degrees and remain for 6 hours, then keep for 20 hours on slow fire. 2 hours after you stop the fire, remove the sacks out of the pot and cool them down. When the temperature of sack has been reduced to below 25 degrees, you could conduct the inoculation.
Before that, you have to firstly disinfect and sterilize on inoculation tools. In general, 25-30 sacks could be inoculated through a bottle of 500g. After the inoculation, the management during spawn-running period should be enhanced as well, you could control the temperature of cultivation room to a range of 20-24 degrees, timely ventilate and conduct water-spraying.
