Scrambled egg with tomato and Black fungus

Need to prepare:
A handful of Black fungi
1 tomato
3 eggs
Condiments:
5g salt
5g onion
2g soy sauce
2g oyster sauce
2g sugar
Moderate vegetable oil
Cooking method: 
1. Soak Black fungi ahead of time, rinse and then tear into small pieces, finally bleach and keep them aside.
2. Rinse the tomato, then roughly dice.
3. Break 3 eggs in a bowl, combine with little water and a pinch of salt.
